This is a very early Smith & Wesson Model 36 Chiefs special in .38 Special with a 2" barrel in pristine condition with matching original box, paperwork, wax paper and original cleaning tools.
Gun has been fired but metal and wood are in excellent condition with no wear marks of scratches, only a very feint ring along the cylinder and a small indent in the wood on the bottom of the grip.
One of the finest examples of this Chiefs Special.
