Smith & Wesson Model 53, in .22 Remington Jet.
Not only does this model have a an additional .22LR cylinder but also has inserts to shoot .22LR in the .22Jet cylinder. Not going to find this combination every day for sure.
Conceived and finally Birthed to Market 1961, this was a Joint Effort between Remington and S&W to develop the .22 Jet and the Model 53 Revolver. Equipped with dual firing pins and a selective hammer face, allowing both centerfire and rimfire cartridges to be fired. Having inserts for the .22 Jet cylinder allows one to shoot .22Jet or .22LR without changing cylinders, an added convenience at the range or anywhere for that matter.
Little wear is indicative of very little use. Original box and cleaning rod included. 3499.95
