1918 Shipped Colt New Service Model of 1917, US marked, chambered in .45 auto cartridge. Excellent original finish showing no wear. Comes with unit marked 1917 dated holster and lanyard. I've never found a better one in a higher condition. Colt letter shows gun shipped Nov 20, 1918 to the Ordinance Officer, Fort Benjamin Harrison Indiana. In a shipment of 400 guns. Eagle Head over 7. Stamped over Colt Ramparts. US Property stamped on barrel bottom , F stamped on barrel bottom near base.
