Description:
SVI Infinity Firearms 1911 chambered in .40 S&W. This custom "Race Gun" was built for U.S.P.S.A. Limited or I.P.S.C. Standard Division Competition. Built on SVI Infinity Modular high capicity frame featuring a checkered front strap, modular trigger, ambi safety, and competition mag well. The slide is a ported Caspian, with an STI bushingless bull barrel, BOMAR rear sight, and fiber optic front sight. The gun is tight and has an excellent trigger pull. All internals are comprised of premium parts. We received this gun and another out of estate and this probably was the prior owner's backup/ practice gun for competition. We would guess that this custom is 15-20 years old from the serial number, and the fact that SVI hasn't sold frame kits in some time. What appears to be his primary STI Infinity competition pistol is listed seperately. We do not know who did the custom work or the round count of this pistol. If you are wanting to try out Limited or Standard Division shooting competitions or just need a solid backup/practice gun without spend the $4k-6K that these cost new, this would be an outstanding value for the money. We would be glad to answer any questions that you may have on these pistols, but as stated previously, these came out of an estate and we have very little information on them. Includes (1) 20 round competion magazine.
