Description:
4 inch barrel has an excellent bore. Metal surfaces are clean and smooth retaining 85% original bright blue with most of the loss due to some light flaking along the barrel toning to pleasant gray-brown patina with a few scattered more mild freckles. The trigger retains strong case-hardened colors while the hammer is more of a smoky gray patina. Action works well in single and double action.. Black checkered hard rubber grip with H&R trademark target logo. Comes with a vintage boar bristle cleaning brush and the original maroon paper-covered box that remains in fair-good condition with the lid having been separated and is somewhat tattered. The end labels are almost completely intact and quite nice and show an additional “Blued” ink stamp. The internal instruction label on the lid is also mostly intact.
