This Smith & Wesson M19-5 Ser # AVB44XX , Combat Magnum, Mfg abt 1982, It has an adj rear sight, , 6 inch Pinned Barrel, w/Partridge Front sight, .265 Service Trigger, shrouded extractor rod,, ribbed barrel, & cylinder is counterbored & recessed, serrated backstrap & forestrap. These M-19's are built on a slightly larger than standard "K"frame in the yoke area.. It comes w/a
matching box & some papers (See Pics).
The gun bluing is abt 85-90% w/some slight thinning on the r - side of the barrel and some on the cylinder edges. The action is smooth & tight. The bore is shiney. The grips are about 95 %. Overal it is a very good to excellent S & W M-19-5 Combat Magnum. It comes w/a matching numbered S & W Original Box.
