Collect or use as a fine varmint gun.This is the lst and only one of its kind (correclty factory marked XTR SPORTER VARMINT.) we have seen or heard of. It has an ornate engraved floor plate (we do not know if this is original?), a hooded front site and an excellent lyman peep.
Although the conditon is not far from new, it was made in 1982 and as such now over 40 yrs old.
This exceptional example of the quality that Winchester was capable of at the time and is in about 95 or better conditon.
Engine turned bolt exhibits almost no wear suggesting that it has been used or fired very little.
