Vintage WW2 Remington Rand U.S. Property 1911A1 .45 ACP Manufactured in 1945. Very good condition overall. Functions as it should with nice tight mechanics. This is an original WW2 weapon and great collectible for the money even with replacement sights. FJA on frame, Barrel stamped with a P, slide also has a P on the top of slide, P stamped near the magazine release, L on left side of trigger guard, U and H are both on the right side of trigger guard, L on the magazine lip, Crossed Cannons on the upper rear right side of frame, correct Remington name & address listed on the left slide, M1911A1 U.S. Army along with UNITED STATES PROPERTY on right side of frame along with the correct range of serial number. Overall a very nice military piece from our 2nd World War. All vintage firearms should be checked by a competent gunsmith prior to firing. $50.00 insured shipping.
