Description:
24 inch octagon barrel and full length mag tube. 44 RF caliber. Original sights. Excellent bright shiny bore. Wood retains most all original varnish. This is a 4th Model 1866 that has the steel Model 1873 buttplate and forend cap. Gun is superb condition and was used very little and well taken care of. Barrel and mag retain most all of the original blue. 95% original blue on the steel forend cap as well. Brass receiver has a nice patina with sharp corners and no signs of abuse. Great looking gun that functions well with a crisp tight action. Would be hard to improve upon.
