Description:
Early U.S. Springfield Model 1903 chambered in 30-06 Springfield. The serial number is 523462 with a barrel date of 1-12. The wood has a chip in the rear of the stock, but otherwise is very presentable including the visible "P" proof on the underside. The metal is in good shape with various signs of wear as expected for a gun of this age. Rifling is strong, and the action is smooth.
