Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Description:
Here is a started but not completed conversion rifle. It started life in 1941 as a BYF model 98 Mauser but has been converted to fire 45 ACP with a Rhineland Arms conversion kit. The stock still needs shaping and finishing but is inletted already. The rifle needs a standard 1911 45 ACP magazine and may need fitting as we have not tested this rifle. It is a sold AS-IS becuase it needs work to complete. The wood is very nice with beautiful pronounced grain and streaking.
