Here is an interesting piece of turn of the century history. Excellent bore, excellent function and timing, shrouded hammer, and a trigger safety as we see on modern guns. If the trigger is not pressed properly, it is locked in place. With the trigger finger in the normal position, the gun fires readily. Iver Johnson was only 100 years or so ahead of their time. No rust or pitting and a reasonably priced self defense gun with history in a caliber you can find. Shipping and insurance included to your ffl or your C&R.
