Description:
Parker D Grade lifter made in 1874. Engraving is still quite crisp for its age. Checkering is well defined. Wood is free of cracks. Damascus barrels ring nicely. Gun is tight on face. Barrels are 30" and the bores measure .738 in the right and .736 in the left. Bores are in excellent condition with a handfull of very small areas of corrosion. I rate the barrels an "8" on a one to ten scale. Chambers are 2 3/4". Rebounding hammers. Fully functional. Gun is a number 2 frame. Skeleton butt plate. Weight of the gun is 7 LBS 7 3/4 OZ. LOP is 13 3/4". Drop at comb - 2". Drop at heel - 2 3/4". As antique this gun can be shipped directly as local law allows. Shipping is $75.
