Description:
Stock: light usage scratches and dings, refinished at some point in time. No visible cracks.
Metal: Barrel blueing has turned plumb brown and is smooth with scattered spots of light oxidation, action has lost 90 percent + of blueing with scattered smooth light oxidation, magazine has scattered pitting with patches of blueing. Bore is clean and bright with sharp rifling with slight 1/16 inch roughness directly in front of the chamber.
Sights: Original
Rifle has been disassembled and fully cleaned and lubricated. Rife has been fired with black powder paper patch 425 grain cast bullet loads at 100 yards, produced a group that could be covered with the palm of a woman's hand.
