Description:
This is a Stevens No. 44 rifle in .22 Short. The rifle is in very good condition except for an old repair of the buttstock at the wrist, which was not professionally done. The barrel is half octagon, half round about the same weight as a Winchester No. 1 contour. There is some wear and use marks on the stock as shown in the photos. Shipping is in addition to the price, and usually runs around $70. The rifle will ship in a hard case, and must ship to an FFL or C&R holder. Please be sure your FFL or C&R willl accept shipments from a private seller.
