Description:
The included Colt Archive Letter confirms this beautiful nickel Police Positive Special revolver, chambered in .38 Special with a 5" barrel, was a one-gun shipment to the famous Fort Worth, TX Colt dealer, Wolf & Klar. That is undoubtedly where the gun was personalized with real mother-of-pearl grips and initials on the butt. The original nickel finish is 98% with typical fine hairline handling marks and a very light turn ring. The pearl grips are perfect except for one tiny chip at the top edge of the right grip panel. The bore is excellent. The photos most accurately show the condition of the gun.
