"Serial Number 53839. Made in 1905. 30-03 caliber with a 24" barrel. Metal has 75% of the original blue. Wood is very good. Action works well. Bores is very good with strong rifling and some pitting. This gun is in 30-03 caliber which was only made for a few select years. This gun comes with a factory letter which says this gun should have a factory red rubber butt par, but this is clearly a mistake as this gun has a factory butt plate.
