This 1920 dated 9mm military and police Luger has the following key characteristics: 1. DWM scroll marked toggle; 2. 1920 on the chamber; 3. No Imperial proof marks; and 4. Weimar Police marks. The 4' barrel has an fine bore with light firing wear. It has approx. 98% blue and straw. All parts, except the unnumbered firing pin, wood base magazine, and grips have the matching serial number, 3400, or the last two digits on them. The sear has the added police type safety spring. The grips are fine with very light wear. The front grip strap is marked S.D.V.573. This stands for Eicherheitspolizei Dusseldorf. The action functions correctly. This iis a great example of the 1921 Police Luger.
