Description:
***SOLD *** P. Webley & Son Metropolitan Police .450 Adams 2 1/2" barrel blued revolver. The revolver has a rack number of 1088 which makes it part of the 3rd of 5 groups released. The revolver features double/single action firing, 6 shot cylinder capacity, checkered wood grips, fluted cylinder, lanyard loop, half moon front sight, and acorn extractor. The finish is bright in spots with some wear in the contact areas. The revolver functions as it should with proper timing and lockup. The grips have a small stress crack on the top as well as a crack in the bottom which the photos show. The cylinder has smooth chambers. The barrel has sharp rifling with a very small amount of rougher spots. Awesome for anyone who collects police firearms or English revolvers! Please refer to the photos for the overall condition.
