The Carcano series of rifles carry a certain level of infamy, as a Carcano carbine was the weapon of choice for one Lee Harvey Oswald in his plot to assassinated President John F. Kennedy. Prior to that, the rifle design was used by the Italian military from the late 1800s, all the way through WWII. The Carcano features a smooth action that feeds of off an internal ENBLOC clip that holds 5 rounds of 6.5x52, which had excellent ballistics for the time. The Carcano was also used by Benito Mussolini when he served in the Italian military. The M91 is a cavalry carbine that features a short barrel and a folding bayonet.
