Description:
First year production Remington model 700BDL in 243 Winchester. Built in 1962,this rifle is in excellent all original condition. It retains 98% of the original metal finish and 95% of the original wood finish. The 24"barrel has a mint bore. The stock is sound and free of cracks or damage other than a few light handling marks. The stock retains the original aluminum buttplate. The rifle has a period correct Burris scopechief 4X scope installed. The scope is bright and clear and has a duplex reticle. This is a great rifle for light big game and a classic Remington early model 700. C&R eligible.
