Really nice WWII M1 Carbine manufactured by National Postal Meter (NPM), serial number 1981xxx with correct Underwood barrel. This carbine has all the correct, and possibly original, features for this serial number, including flip rear sight, correct stock with proper stamps, flat bolt, and dogleg hammer. The Underwood barrel is dated 9-43 and has an ME of 1.5.
Sling and oiler not included. No re-arsenal stamps or import stamps.
