A beautiful custom Springfield '03 rifle by one of America's most renowned makers in the first 40 years of the 1900's. Beautiflly engraved by the master Rudolpf Kornbrath. Crystal clear Noske scope in Griffin & Howe sidemount. Caliber: 30-06. Beautiful, shiny bore. No serial number. Maker's name is marked on the front bridge rather than on the barrel as usual. Bridge is marked "R.G. Owen" on left side and "Saquoit, NY" on the right side. Also signed "R.G. Owen" in fronnt of floor plate hinge.Purchased from Caledonia Guns and transferred on Sep. 2, 2022.
