Description:
For your consideration is this fine Remington 30 Express Special Grade. Caliber: 30-06. The stock is in very nice condition and the buttstock has some real nice figure (with a wrap-around crescent buttplate) and sharp checkering. The rifle was made in 1926. It is topped by what appears to be a crystal clear Ziel-Diatyl scope in a Griffin & Howe double lever detachable scope mount. It has a 23" barrel with a beautiful bore. These Remington 30 rifles were born out of a marriage between American willingness to help the Brits in WWI by producing rifles here using the Enfield action - a brutally strong action even today.
