SN: 68886. Manufactured circa 1896 with 22"" barrel and chambered for .30-40 Krag. Desirable 1896 Krag carbine in good overall condition. Blue on the barrel is starting to thin, receiver shows a mottled grey patina, bore is bright with strong rifling. Stock is good with a light varnish applied, faint outline of cartouche is visible. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
