Excellent condition Marlin Golden 39-A lever action 22 caliber rifle, firing 22 short, long and long rifle rimfire ammunition, serial number AC25136, made 1967, blued finish, take down frame, walnut stocks, shotgun butt with hard rubber Marlin logo butt plate, gold trigger, pistol grip, correct white line spacers, classic Marlin Bullseye in toe line of butt stock, factory sling swivels, open sights, 24" round barrel with JM marking, full magazine and tubular feed with brass loading tube intact.
Rifle is near new will all bluing intact except for some light flaking on the bottom of the lever and some wear to the hammer. Stocks have no extra holes, no splits or cracks, with just a few light nicks. Take down is tight with no wobble. Bore is mint. Action is smooth with a properly working half cock safety and hammer extension installed for use with a scope. Correct open sights and front sight hood intact. Comes with original hang tag (not pictured).
