Description:
Browning Superposed B25 Traditional Grade 12 gauge. Made in Belgium during 2005, serial 325MX04078 has 30-inch barrels (rust blued, single bead, matted), Teague precision choke tubes (7x: SK/IC/IC/M/M/IM/IM), 2.75-inch chambers, ejectors, color case action, mechanical safety with selector and single mechanical trigger. STOCK: Fashioned from AA-grade walnut the oil-finished stock is highlighted by double-bordered checkering panels, round knob and a leather-wrapped recoil pad. ENGRAVING: Signed by Derwa, the action is dressed with a bordered leafy vine pattern to approximately 30 percent. Opening lever and rib are marked “II” in gold. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 7.2 pounds. Length-of-pull is 14.25 inches, drops are 1.5 and 2.25 inches, and cast off is approximately .25 inch. CONDITION: The bores are strong and bright, barrels full on face and the opening lever rests far right. Ejectors and trigger snap with enthusiasm. Barrel finish is approximately 95 percent with an area of modest thinning on left side between the forend and muzzle. Colors are vivid with the clear overcoat showing spot thinning to about 90 percent. Wood is approximately 97 percent. CASE: A Browning Custom Shop takedown case (maroon, leather makers label) in very good condition is included, along with the original Certificate of Identity and proof certificate.
