Description:
This is a "SORACABA" Gaucho camp knife which serves as the ultimate carving knife. Made from 5160 tool steel isis a handmade knife not factory product. Bade is 10 3-/8" by 1-3/8" wide from 1/8" steel stock (much thicker at the ricasso 1/4" with brass inlays. Water buffalo scales handlle with two large brass pins. Full tang constructed model. Bears some hand forging marks on blade, very sharp knife-the absolute best if you need to carve that roasdt of beef, turkey etc... Original leather scabbard. Ricasso to tip of blade 12-1/8" length.
