Up for sale is a really nice Uberti 1873 (RIFLE INCLUDES 8 BOXES OF FACTORY AMMO) lever action cal. 44-40 24" full octagon bbl. imported by the Navy Arms. I've had the rifle for many years and stored in a safe and I never shot it (looks like hardly shot if any) just taken out every few months to inspect and wiped down. Rifle is in excellant shape (with few minor handling marks). Nice wood no cracks or funky gouges just some small marks and pics do show oil spots and small fuzz, etc. The receiver has really nice case colors with little or no finish wear on metal or wood and not oil soaked. The bore looks great too like new. Also, No broken screws even the small screws on sights are not frozen for possible adjustment. ***COMES WITH*** 8 boxes (4 Ultramax & 4 Blackhills) of hard to fine ammo and stored in humitifed safe. I have seen this ammo at just CRAZY prices (UP TO $199.00 a box) these are $45 ea. ATTENTION !!! THERE ARE TWO PRICE POINTS WITH AMMO $1460 + shipping est. of $35 for rifle ( to your FFL) and $50 shipping for the ammo to your door. OTHER PRICE POINT IS WITHOUT THE AMMO $1100 + $35 shipping to your FFL. The rifle will be shipped in a PLANO HARD CASE inside of outer box FFL to FFL and NO California or and other state that requires jumping thru hoops other than just ordinary FFL to FFL so know your state's stupid laws!! Also, if LOCAL SALE ( Texas only) NO SHIPPING!! Please contact for any questions if calling please leave message or E-Mail thru G/I. Rifle has normal 3-day NON-SHOOTING inspection and if returned postage is payed by buyer! Rifle appears to operate just fine and has been clicked with dummy cartridge with firing pin indention. Layaway terms: 60 days, 20% deposit (non-refundable if default) on either price point explained above all other payments made during layaway WILL BE returned except deposit ( this is normal procedure on layaways).
