This Springfield Armory Model U.S. Rifle M1 Garand "Tanker" is a right hand semi-auto rifle in .30-06 Sprg. Cal. It has an 18 inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable aperture rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two piece hardwood. Serial Number 1477951. The barrel is stamped HRA-11-51 P. .30-06 Springfield
