Description:
This Winchester Model 1897 has a receiver that dates from 1903 and a newer barrel that dates to 1911. Gun is in good overall condition showing much wear and use and has patinaed with age. Non-original wood is solid but has hairline cracks on both sides of wrist and some abrasions on stock. Barrel and receiver show much blue loss with only light oxidation. Bore is very good. Red Head vented red rubber butt pad has been added. No box. 12 Gauge
