Description:
This is a P.38 9mm pistol with proof markings showing it manufactured at the Carl Walther plant in Zella Mehlis in 1942 during World War II. All of the manufacturing markings are still crisp/identifiable. This is a complete, numbers matching firearm with a smooth action that has a single action/double action trigger with a safety/de-cocker and one 8 round magazine. As a personal note of information, this pistol was brought home after WW2 as a war trophy by a U.S. soldier and then made its way into our store by his son. 9mm Luger
