This listing is for a nice looking walnut M1 Garand buttstock that I have had lying around for 20-30 years. Someone has carefully sanded and oil finished the stock and done a beautiful job. There are no cracks or damage to this stock. Unfortunately, all cartouches were removed durinng refinishing. Hardware- buttplate, rear sling swivel, and middle band with swivel- are installed and in excellent condition. This one came on one of my M1's when I had a collection of them and I replaced it with a correctly marked stock. I used this stock occassionally to replace a valuable stock when shooting one of the M1's at the range. There are a couple of very minor dings, but nothing to be a concern. My collection is gone, so I no longer need this stock. The price is $54 plus actual Priority Mail shipping cost for an overlength package of about 5 lbs. from zip 24090 to yours. Thanks for looking !
