Description:
Serial #1714, .22LR, 4 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Model of 1953 .22/32 Kit gun manufactured by Smith & Wesson. The Pre-Model 34, four screw revolver features a flat latch, improved I frame with coiled mainspring, round butt and micrometer click rear sight. The revolver is in excellent plus condition retaining virtually all, 99% of the blue finish having only faint drag line on the cylinder with vibrant case color on the hammer and serrated trigger. The grips are in similar excellent plus condition, numbered to the gun with only faint handling marks. Mechanically the gun functions properly and it comes in the original box. A superb boxed Kit gun with a very low serial number that would be hard to improve upon. FFL or C&R
