Description:
This is a Brand New, Reproduction 1777 French Flintlock Calvary Carbine. Also called a Musketoon. It is 45 inches overall with a 30 1/2-inch barrel, Sling swivels, and a sling swivel bar with two rings. The barrel is carbon steel. The frizzen is Case Hardened to produce plenty of sparks and fewer misfires. The stained walnut stock has a brass trigger guard, frozen pan, Butt plate and end cap. The two barrel bands and ramrod is steel. We install a new flint and leather keeper, then test fire each gun with 70 grains of AA Pyrodex. The Price is $855.00.
