JUST IN, WE HAVE AN S&W MODEL 28 HIGHWAY PATROLMAN REVOLVER IN .357 MAGNUM CALIBER, SPECS ARE AS FOLLOWS;
Used S&W Model 28-2. This firearm is used and is in Good condition. See photo for more detail. Includes soft case. This firearm has an 'N' prefix on the serial number. No box. No papers.
The model 28 chambered in 357 Mag was introduced in April of 1954 with the "S" prefix. In 1969 the prefix was changed to "N". Originally called the Highway Patrolman it became the Model 28 in 1957, the 28-1 in 1960 and the 28-2 in 1961. The 28-3 was introduced in 1982 and in 1986 the Model 28 was discontinued.
