Got a Colt Root Third Model .28 Caliber Revolver with Fluted Cylinder for sale.
We tried to get pictures of every maker's mark, logo, stamp, cartouche and whatever we could find. Look closely at the pictures as what you see is what you get. Please check the pictures to check condition.
Opinion here, and our knowledge is less than ZERO on these firearms. We tried to get a close of detail as we could. The revolver is functional. The hammer locked backed and released. We did NOT allow it to fall. Just released. Cyllinder rotated and lined up with the barrel as it is supposed to. Also tried to figure out how to remove the cylinder and get some bore and chamber pictures but could not find anything to show me how from a You Tube Video to some one some where detailing it on line.

This came from the one of five estates we represent of an FFL/SOT Gun Smith, Gun Store. There will be countless other listings ranging from firearms from antique to modern to custom.
