Description:
A very rare 1971 Smith & Wesson 3" Airweight Bodyguard finished in Tu-tone. Shown on Pp 247, Standards Catalog, 4th Ed.
Features S&W's lightweight alloy frame and high-polish 3" barrel stamped Airweight along with the rare Michigan Police stainless-steel cylinder.
Times properly in both single and double action. Bore and cylinders are bright and like new.
The Altimont S&W boot-grips have both scroll engraving and checkering.
S&W logo on the right side of the frame shows a light strike
This five-shot, J-frame Bodyguard is in excellent condition throughout.
