1934 Savage Fox: 16 gauge, 28" barrels, IC (.008) / IM (.021) chokes 2-3/4" chambers. 1-9/16" x 2-3/16" x 14-1/2" over a period plastic buttplate. Weighs 6-1/2#.
Barrels have been rust-blued and are 99%, clean .658 bores.
Replacement Gunstock is French walnut with great figure and color. Extensive checkering. Nicely balanced. Fine upgrade!
This Fox was set up for pheasant hunting! It is experienced!
