This Remington Arms Model 512 'The Sportmaster' bolt action rifle in .22 short/long/long rifle is in very good condition. The Model 512 has an unusual feature in that it is tube fed. Most tube rifles of its day were either lever action or pump models. The blued barrel and receiver frame are very good with only minor surface pitting. The blued 25" barrel is excellent with sharp clear rifling in its bore. The factory trigger is firm and smooth with a crisp release. The hardwood stock is very good with a few minor use and handling marks. The Model 512 was manufactured from 1940 to 1966. This is a beautiful survivor rifle. This Remington rifle does not come with a box or any other accessories. .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle
