For sale is a very nice Winchester pre-64 Model 70 "magnum" action with complete bottom metal. Serial number, 290859 (1953) on the receiver and bolt match. This action has 0.532 bolt face diameter for calibers like, .338 Winchester, .300 Winchester, 7MM mag .264 Winchester. This action has been completely blueprinted, and a very nice stainless steel extractor was added by the gunsmith. All work completed by one of the best gunsmith in Montana. Blueing on the receiver is a strong 95+% with no rust or pitting. There is thinning on the floorplate, but would re-finish like new. All inquiries are welcome. FFL required.
