Description:
.70 caliber (12 bore) 9" full octagon smooth bore barrel with a fixed sight located at the rear. Back action engraved lock with half cock safety. Full length walnut stock with checkered grip and trap located in the butt. Captivated ramrod. The barrel has been rebrowned and there appers to have been a repair to the hammer spur. The lock shows the original darkened casehardened finish. Very nice wood and checkering. Mechanically excellent. Unmarked. Hinged breech with proofs located under the barrel.
