Description:
.60 caliber smooth bore octagon barrels measuring 3 1/4" in length and captivated ramrods underneath. Percussion boxlock actions with bolted safeties and engraved "PEACOCK/LONDON" on the sides.. Checkered bag style grips. The barrels retain nearly all of the casehardened finish with the frames slightly less vivid. Nice grips and checkering. Mechanically excellent. In it's green baize lined mahogany partitioned box with accessories that include Dixon bag flask, cleaning rod, mold, and oil bottle. The label in the lid reads "LANG'S GUN AND PISTOL REPOSITORY, 7 HAYMARKET, LONDON " which is most likely the retailer.
