This Colt Python Target has an 8" Barrel and is chambered for .38 Special. The Colt Python was first introduced in 1955 as Colt's top-of-the-line model. Most Pythons were chambered in .357 Magnum, but this is a rare Target model; only 3,489 were made. includes the original factory box. .38 Special

Metal Condition: Excellent with a very slight cylinder ring.
Wood Condition: The grips are checkered walnut with gold colored Colt medallions and are in excellent condition
