Antique Circa 1870's Remington Rolling Bock military rifle. Remington made Millions of military rifles for many nations around the world from the 1860's through the early 1900's. The only markings on the gun appear to be Arabic so I assumed the caliber was 43 Egyptian but the bore seems larger and the chamber accepts a 45-70 round so it may have been rechambered to 45-70, but I'm not sure. The bore is clean with good rifeling. The 34" barrel is held to the dark walnut stock by 3 barrel bands. The but stock is in good condition but the fore arm has chips/loss along the barrel channel on both sides. All metal parts appear to have been reblued. The action works fine and the bore is very good, please feel free to contact me with any questions. Shipping will be actuall cost by insured usps priority mail with tracking.
