Colt 1878 Double Action 44-40 model, 95% original blue 7 ½” Barrel, Manufactured in Hartford Connecticut in 1894, on top of barrel is a one line Colt address on the side is Colt Frontier Six Shooter, horse in a circle on the left side of the frame, mechanically is in good shape in single action and double action, comes with original two piece Hard Rubber grips. Comes with a factory letter this gun was shipped to E. K. Tryon Jr & Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 15, 1894 in a one gun shipment.
