BRITISH MARTINI-HENRY LONG LEVER MARK IV. NO. 1 B PATTERN .577/450 CAL. INFANTRY RIFLE DATED 1888. All original and matching desirable “B” pattern with long loading lever. 33” Alexander Henry rifled barrel with 400 yard rear and ramp front sight of the “B” pattern rifles. Receiver stamped “CROWN/V.R.” with “CROWN/BROAD ARROW/IV/1” and dated 1888. Fine plus with original blue and patina evenly mixed. Stock and forend very good with numerous Ordnance number stamps. Working order and superb bright bore with best rifling we have seen on one of these.
