Very nice Marlin 39. Super rare factory 2x wood , Star Marking, 24" Octagonal Barrell. Clean gun , bright and shiney bore . Pictures show the condition , Made beteeen 1922 and 1936. All original looks like a coat of varish at some point but no sanding of the wood. Normal use , No rust or pitting . Most case coloring is faded silver. There is a very slight hairlline behind ther upper tang thats hard to photo please see upper tang photo. All mechanics are tight and ithe gun is very acurate. I do not collect sales tax. I am not a FFL, but it will ship from my FFL to Your FFL or C&R for $45. I have been on GI for 14 years . Buy it Now is the best option as the price is firm.
