#S 142815, Smith & Wesson 44 S&W Special Pre-Model 21 - Model .44 Hand Ejector 4th Model (Model of 1950 Military), It was shipped from the factory on March 2, 1955 to H. H. Harris Co. Chicago, Illinois, 4" pinned barrel, Case hardened trigger and hammer, N frame, Serial numbers match on the cylinder and ejector rod housing, Checkered diamond magna grips with the S&W medallions numbered to the gun, This piece remains original, The original barrel blue remains at 97%, The frame and cylinder blue at 98%, The original grips remain at 99%, The bore is excellent plus. It comes with a period blue and gold factory box. There were 1200 of these made by S&W from 1950 to 1966.
