Edinburgh”. The bores are shiny and unmolested but the blacking shows various scratches from normal usage. The right barrel is bored 0.727 with a constriction of 0.018 for Light Modified choke. Minimum wall thickness is 0.028. The left barrel is also bored 0.727 and has a constriction of 0.026 for Improved Modified choke. Minimum wall thickness is 0.028. *** The straight grip stock and splinter forearm are made of very nicely figured European walnut. The stock has a checkered butt. The checkering show moderate wear the stock shows a number of minor scratches and dings from normal usage but is otherwise sound. Stock dimensions are 14-1/2” to a checkered butt by 1-1/2” by 2”. Cast off for the righthand shooter. *** Presented in its oak & leather case with maker’s label and accessories. These include a key, cleaning rod and tools, and a metal oil bottle. Outside of case has “character” marks and the interior lining shows some wear. The handle needs to be replaced. *** This is a great light weight bird gun from the greatest Scottish gunmaker. Easy to carry for a day afield and quick swinging. It is great to carry a lightweight double with the power of 12 bore ammunition. *** Please note that the photographs are part of the description.
